Ancestral Energy Medicine: The Sacred Practice of Limpias

Dora Alicia Praxedis Episode 3

The subtle weight we carry isn't always our own. That unexplained headache after a family gathering, the sudden exhaustion following a conversation, the heaviness that medicine can't touch – our ancestors recognized these as energetic imbalances requiring spiritual cleansing.

"Limpias aren't something you believe in. They're something you feel," explains Dora Alicia Praxedis in this deeply personal exploration of traditional energy medicine. Whether you remember your abuela passing an egg over your feverish body or your mother burning sage to clear a tense household, these practices represent ancestral wisdom that modern science is only beginning to understand.

This episode demystifies the sacred practice of limpias – spiritual cleansings that release negative energies, emotional blockages, and mal de ojo (evil eye) from our bodies and spaces. Dora Alicia breaks down the traditional tools (eggs, herbs, smoke, water) alongside modern adaptations (crystals, candles), explaining how each element works to absorb, clear, and transmute different energetic imbalances. You'll learn practical steps for performing your own simple limpia at home, including how to "read" an egg to understand what energies you're carrying.

Beyond technique, this conversation explores the deeper significance of reclaiming these practices in a world that prioritizes rational thought over bodily wisdom. Limpias offer a revolutionary way to honor intuition, set energetic boundaries, and complement modern therapeutic approaches with ancestral knowledge.

Dora:

Hola, hola and welcome to Ay Mijita. If this is your first time here, welcome, and if not, welcome back. Today we're going deep into a practice that's part of our cultural medicine la limpia. Whether you remember your abuela passing a huevo over you or your mom lighting sage after a fight, this work lives in our bones. This episode is about understanding what a limpia really is, how it works and why it's so sacred, not just spiritually, but emotionally and energetically too. Hola, hola welcome to Ay Mijita, embracing your Roots. I'm your Dora Alicia Praxedis, .

Dora:

Intuitive healer, life coach, mamá, hija hermana and proud first gen mexicana doing the deeper inner work to break generational cycles and reconnect with my true self. This podcast is for those of you who have ever asked yourself why am I like this? Because deep down, you know there's more to your story than just survival. Here we dive into the messy, the magical, the medicine of healing, from inner child work to energetic limpias, astrology to ancestral wisdom, human design to hard boundaries. I share my lived experiences, spiritual tools and teachable moments, all with corazón y honestidad. So grab your cafecito tecito or that bubbly drink you love and let's get into today's episode, porque tu historia, tu voz y tu healing matter. I'm really excited about this episode because this is the work that I've been doing for many years now with those around me, my closest friends and family.

Dora:

I didn't really understand what it was until I started working with my shaman mentor when I hurt my back eight plus years ago. That's when I started going down the spiritual journey and I led with the whole like limpia del huevo. I found it so fascinating. I got really curious and I asked, like my astrologer, my human design person, and no one could actually explain how that limpia worked, why it worked. I tried to read online and I wouldn't find anything about it. But I do remember mi abuelita and my mom after parties and that that she would do it on us, especially if you felt sick. We usually had symptoms like your head hurt, you felt nausea or te vomitabas and you just couldn't explain why. And it wasn't the cold or the flu or any of those, it was just like an onset. That happens and this is a tool I use when I go, especially to parties and that and I come home drained. I usually figure that I picked up energies that weren't mine.

Dora:

Limpias aren't something you believe in. They're something you feel they work, whether or not your mind understands how and I often struggle with that because it's not logical it's all in your heart and it's all in your body, and your body knows a lot. So the more I dug into this with the exception of Google I was able to figure out that limpias are a spiritual trend. They come from deeply rooted indigenous and Afro-Mexican traditions that recognize the power of energy, of cleansing, of realignment with nature. My abuela and my mom taught me to use a huevo and herbs like ruda, romero, albahaca to clear these spiritual blocks, but what she was really teaching me was intuition guided by spirit. So for me it's kind of hard to rationalize stuff you can't see, and this was a whole nother terrain for me. I was curious, but then again I was kind of scared and that's when I learned about you know more and more about limpias. They're not brujería, they are a sacred healing ritual. And that's where I had this internal debate with myself, like this dilemma of I do associate myself as Catholic and religious, but then again like what is all this spirituality stuff? I do believe in diversity and there's different paths to get to the same end goal, which is going back to the divine God universe source Un huevo, a prayer and an intention. That's how many of us experienced our first limpias. You may have been too little to understand it, but you felt the shift.

Dora:

Limpias aren't magic, they're energy medicine. They cleanse what we cannot always see but definitely feel in our bodies. And it was so easy, like at home, instead of going to the doctor. My mom I remember using an egg when I couldn't fall asleep or again I was feeling those ailments, so she didn't need a therapist or a diagnosis. She knew something was off energetically. That intuitive knowing was ancestral wisdom. We're just now remembering it. Limpias help us release what's heavy sadness, stress, fear, jealousy, confusion and most known for mal de ojo.

Dora:

I've been recently working with a lot of individuals that have come forward and want to experience these limpias, so I hold space for them and that's where we're able to look into what is being sent to them, what negative vibes are being absorbed in their bodies, and it's so beautiful to see this, especially when I do loved ones. For me, it's just such a gift to give back to them and being able to read a huevo now it's been a learning process for me because I intuitively know what is going on with the individual, like I feel, like it's in my bones that knowing that intuition for myself, and then I start getting more downloads, more information about the person. Let's talk a little bit more about the tools I use for my limpias. So the first one is and I've been kind of talking about it is the huevo. This is el mero mero. So el huevo, the egg, absorbs heavy spiritual energy and shows signs of illness or emotional distress. It's interpreted as innocence because it is unborn right. Usually, when you put eggs underneath the lamb for a while, then it grows into chicks in that. So, as I cuenta como que el huevo te chupa, todo right, and it sucks everything up into the egg.

Dora:

The next tool is yerbas herbs, ruda, which is really good, like planting it in front of your house to deter any evil spirits or anything negative coming into your household. Romero, albahaca sage, which I use a lot for smoke, but it's also good for a good barrida. So these herbs are good to brush the aura and clear it. Now, other things besides sage that I use for humo or smoke is copal. El palo santo is my must-have Incense, so there's a lot of different incense out there to clear spaces and spirits.

Dora:

Palo Santo is one I use like to clear my house or just my room, like I do it at the three corners of my workspace or in that room that I'm in, or definitely in the mornings I light up the Palo Santo and I do three circles on me and I say I release all negative energy three times, like throughout my body. I start with my head, I release the negative energy towards my middle, like in my torso. I do a circle, I release all negative energy and then towards my legs I release all negative energy. It's like my quickie spiritual cleanse of the day. Now I'm a person that likes to bathe at night and I feel like when I jump in the shower. Of course it has to be like hot water, not like para pelar pollos, but it is hot where I like cleanse myself with the water. So it's definitely used in baños espirituales or to cleanse objects in homes. The water I've used some used agua bendita, which is the holy water, or the other one is when you like, mix the herbs with the water. That's a really nice bath as well to clean out your like everything spiritually.

Dora:

Now these next two I incorporate here and there, and usually it's around a new moon or a full moon that I light up my candles. So mis velitas, and these could be used for clarity, protection and spiritual illumination. I have one that I got gifted that is a vela de palo santo and, oh my God, it smells so good and I just feel like I'm being cleansed all day when I have it on. So, all these different elements, and on top of these, especially around the new moon and full moon, I use crystals and I do use them on a daily. I love my bracelets, and that is some modern integration that you can incorporate into this practice and as a tool for Olympia. My two must have bracelets are rose quartz, which is for self-love, self-compassion, like pretty much everything regarding love for oneself, and then also having compassion for others, and the other one is for deterring negative energy and use for protection, which is black tourmaline, or any black bracelet for that matter. They all kind of have those similar properties, but that one especially helps me ground myself on a daily, so I do have that one on me all the time. The other one I usually recommend to folks that I work with is Clear Quartz. That one transmutes all that negative energy into positive energy and it also gives me that clarity that I need sometimes, especially if I'm having like those rough days.

Dora:

Each element works differently. The egg pulls energy into it, revealing patterns in the yolk, and I know how to read those, which is kind of cool. I mean, who else can you think of that? You can send your huevo picture to try to figure out, kind of, quien te envio mal de ojo en that. So it's kind of cool for me now that I get these messages via WhatsApp and text for my family and friends to read them. And the herbs sweep away that stagnant energy. The smoke moves energy gently or intensely when needed.

Dora:

Agua releases, especially when you cry during or after a limpia, and then limpias speak the language of a spirit, not the logic, as we were kind of talking about. Where I have this dilemma on what is it that I'm not seeing here and my mind can't wrap around like how this actually works. But I've been doing it for a number of years and I remember when I was a kid it would magically work. That's when I realized that our ancestors didn't have the trauma therapy or nervous system vocabulary that we have now or that I've become aware of anyway. They had intuition, prayer and this birth medicine and that was way more than enough.

Dora:

You ever feel heavy after a fight or walk into a room and immediately want to leave. That's energy. Limpias are like an energetic shower for your soul. How do these limpias work? And we'll talk a little bit about the spiritual versus the energetic. Everything is energy your emotions, thoughts, interactions, trauma, joy and pain. Energy lingers in our bodies and we can feel it with ailments such as a headache. I normally feel it with my lower back and I have this book that I can look up these ailments and see where it relates back to my emotions. Energy also resides in our auras, homes, objects and relationships. Nimpyas clear the energetic clutter and bring you back to center, release, transmute and restore that clarity.

Dora:

In addition to the NIMPYAS, I do have my therapist that I go through the motions to unpack some of these things in my therapy sessions and I've also had a life coach and coaching with other individuals to help me kind of process all these different emotions and things that come up, especially for my limpias. There's a lot of unresolved experiences, traumas and especially my trapped emotions in my body, and my body's always trying to tell me information on what is going on, what needs to be uncovered and processed at this given time. It's a great way to complement the therapy and the coaching because then I feel like I'm whole, like I'm uniting that science, the neurological, let's say the body, and then my spirit. You don't need to believe in the limpia, you just feel it, especially in your bones, when someone's energy is off. You feel it when you leave a conversation and feel drained. That's energetic exchange.

Dora:

Limpias work by helping us return to ourselves. They clear the static so we can hear our intuition again. And I love to research and read up on articles and how the science is beginning to catch up with all these different frequencies, the energy fields. But I always know that I have this intuitive knowing and this ancestral truth that I can always fall back on, and so I know there's human energy fields, biofields and intercellular communication and it's amazing how it's all kind of interconnected in a way. So every day I'm learning more and more about the science and that spiritual aspect of myself through my work and through my practice and providing that space to others, because that's where I learn from other folks, their perspective as well.

Dora:

I often get the question so when do you know how to do a limpia Cuando te sientes abrumado, overwhelmed, especially when you feel something's off in your body, in your heart, in your mind. It wouldn't hurt to do Olympia. These are my recommendations on when to do Olympia. After a heartbreak, loss, conflict, grief, heartbreak or transition. I know that when my dad passed away, that was something that I would do for myself, just to ground myself, and that's where I always would fall back on my bracelet or black tourmaline or obsidian to help relieve and regulate some of those negative emotions that were happening with that loss. When feeling stuck, anxious, heavy, emotionally drained and irritable and of course I'm not a doctor. But most of the time when you're feeling those emotions, there's something there, and it might be that it was something that wasn't yours. It was something that you picked up when you went to a certain place or when you were talking to a certain person. You were just offloading whatever they were going through. But when you feel that bajon, like all of a sudden that dip, you really want to kind of check yourself and see if any of these tools help you, especially with Olympia, with all of these things.

Dora:

One of the tools that I missed to mention is having faith. You have to believe in this work, in the sacredness. If your heart's not in it, it's most likely not going to work, because that's your mind overriding right. It's not logical and that, I think, was something that I struggled with. However, when I would do it on myself or when I do it on others, that's where I put my 100% in my mind, my body, my soul into it and with strong belief. It's also a good ritual before a big event, like an interview, when you're traveling, and if you do any personal rituals, or before a big decision, because these things can definitely change the trajectory of your energy. Right, if you're, in a way, better spot than you were with these negative emotions making those decisions, then you at least have a little bit more clarity in what you're going to do. And again, it clears that clutter right From your body, from your aura, from your mind.

Dora:

The one that tends to happen the most is after being around draining people or environments, and the most common one is mal de ojo, which is that jealous energy, and jealousy is where you want what the person has but you don't think both of you can have it, and envy is where you know both of you can have that same thing and it could be that someone sends you a negative vibe like envy, because they love how you interact with your friends, or como estas con tu familia, or how your home life is in tu casa, como tienes tus cosas, things of that nature, and sometimes there is no rhyme or reason why you get sent these like negative energies. I believe also a good practice is, when you're moving into a new home or space, clearing that area from anything that happened previously. I know when we moved into our house years ago there was a particular room that I had to work with someone to get it cleared out because there was these unresolved situations. I know the previous family that lived here were dealing with huge struggles because they were going through a divorce. They had, I believe, four kids and one of the bedrooms was of one of the kids and I believe he was depressed because the room was super dark. When we came to do the house inspection and you can feel the vibe in that room it was just very sad, very gloomy, and so that's where you kind of feel that. I think the other area that needed a lot of cleansing was the living room, and that's symbolic because, right, the family room. You want it to be about your family and your peace and joy and having fun and laughs and everything, the chimneys in that area, and so I could just imagine Christmases and things of that and the energy was super heavy when I would go into that area. And so I could just imagine Christmases and things of that and the energy was super heavy when I would go into that room. When you're feeling off but you can't name why, that's an indication of okay, maybe it's time for this link. Anytime your intuition says algo no, esta bien, I would say follow that thread and see where it takes you. So trust your body. It knows when something's off. You don't need permission to cleanse your energy. You're worthy of the clarity, of lightness, of spiritual hygiene.

Dora:

Let's walk through the steps on how to perform a simple limpia in your casita. The first one is to light a candle and set an intention. I preferably like to use a white candle. White symbolizes the purity, the innocence, and it could definitely be a scented candle. And when you light that candle, the light of the candle symbolizes divine, god, universe, whatever you attribute to, and with that intention, you want to be very clear and mindful of what you're trying to manifest or bring into life. You always have the saying of be careful what you ask for, because you get that and more. So sometimes we only think about the good stuff, right, and so think about the unintended consequences of that intention that you're putting out there.

Dora:

The next step is to get a huevo and or a herb of your choice and bundle it together in your hand, and next you're going to go ahead and sweep with that tool from head to toe. So, cuerpo entero, while you're praying and I usually do and you're also calling in your guides to help you. So, along with spirit and intuitively, you're just going to keep on sweeping through, and if there's a particular area where you feel like you need it more, just go ahead and go through those motions of brushing in that area and focus on that area for as long as you think you need it. Once you're ready, I like to have a glass of water in a clear glass set up already so I can just crack that egg open and put it in there, and I like to let it sit for a bit while I clean myself with palo santo or sage, with that smoke, and I start to read the egg, and I start to read the egg.

Dora:

If you start to see strings from the yolk, that is when someone does send you negative energy. That could be resentment, jealousy, anger, so different types of emotions. The bubbles at the top I usually interpret as individuals. And how many send you these vibes? And it could be like co-workers, friends, people that you encounter. It could also be people you don't even necessarily are in the know or haven't reached out recently. Now, if you find that there's like a lot of cloudiness or a lot of white strings towards the bottom by the yoke, that's definitely the family, and it could be the extended family and it could be yours, or if you have in-laws.

Dora:

Just being mindful of the vibes that you're getting from those individuals, when I work with my one-on-one clients, I can actually get down to who's sending you that negative energy If spirit is ready to release that information. But most of the time we can definitely get to the bottom of where this is coming from If the person decides to dig into that a little more. There are some clients that decide they don't want to know at all. So once you're done, step four would be to dispose of it with respect and gratitude, and that's where I put salt on it to cut all those cords. That or you can put dirt or you could just put it all in the trash after you're done. This is worth the wiggle With the sage if you're burning something like Palo Santo in smoke, you can just make sure you put it out.

Dora:

There are times where I've left it like a little bit on and then it starts kind of to do more smoke and the last step here is to reflect, hydrate, rest, because your body is shedding those layers and that is deep work that you are doing, and so just make sure you're able to do what you need to do. There are times where I see my clients cry. I actually cry as well when I'm doing it on myself If there's something that I like purged right, that I really released. I would also recommend not to obsess about the results or what came through. The shift is felt more than it's seen. So honor your body and what you're going through and what you feel afterwards. So honor your body and what you're going through and what you feel afterwards. Most of the time, my clients feel like the sense, and that's where we can dig in a little more on what's going on with them and what's coming through, because it's not necessarily what's being sent over to you. It's also what you're working through internally and I'm able to pick up on that information. So don't stress over doing it right.

Dora:

The power is in the intention and presence. Your spirit will know exactly what to do. Remember that the limpia is a conversation between you and your soul, so don't worry about doing it perfect. Your intention is more powerful than any technique. So open up that sacred space and let it be simple for you and incorporate it when you see fit or when you remember about it, because then that probably means it's time.

Dora:

I get surprised on what comes up for my clients and for myself when I do this practice and the emotional healing that occurs and it brings in that spiritual cleansing. But the emotional part is something that is tangible in a way because we can express it tangible in a way because we can express it right the love with the hug, the crying, with the sadness or something tragic that comes up to help process these things. And that's where I walk through with my clients on this the limpia supporting that trauma recovery, and it helps regulate the energy and we walk through the emotions and sometimes it's a lot for a person to help process, because we don't really carve out the time. I'm guilty of this too, where no, estoy muy ocupada, no puedo. But it's really important to like tap into yourself, give yourself that space and that permission to see what's coming up. And so, with doing the limpia, it helps you release without needing to rehash necessarily the past.

Dora:

El pasado. Como diría una amiga, el pasado ya pasó. The past is the past, it's already passed. And I know it's so tempting to kind of rehash the past, dwell on it and try to figure out okay, am I feeling this way? Who's out to get me? But those thoughts don't serve us.

Dora:

And so I remember recently, when I went to a family gathering and I forgot to put on my bracelets and so I felt vulnerable, and that's when I started noticing afterwards, when I came home, my head hurt. I felt that I couldn't shake it off. I took medicine, and I even forget about my limpias as well, or I try to baby myself until I need one. And I even have migraine medicine, because before I learned this practice, I went to the doctor and he's like, okay, you have migraines, here you go. And so this medication that I take it's supposed to cut the migraine within an hour, or if I take Excedrin tension headache, that would also cut it. But this time around I took some of that Excedrin and wasn't cutting it. And so I did the limpia and even though I couldn't shake it up before, I let the egg kind of sit there for a while and, yeah, it was very cloudy at the top and there was a lot of strings and there was a lot of things that were happening in my egg reading and the amount of relief, especially with my headache, was huge.

Dora:

And these are the moments where I reconnect with my body and my intuition and I just do some breathing exercises because it causes me to be super present in my body and start to read what's going on instead of ignoring and everyone knows I'm really good about staying busy and ignoring my things, especially here at home, and my best practice now is whenever I do a limpia on someone else. That's where I have to do these rituals for myself, just to feel okay and cleanse that energy from me, because I do end up picking up some or else I feel like a truck hit me, like a bus hit me and it doesn't feel all that great. I do feel all those ailments of my body hurts, my headache comes on and I feel like legit sick. I thought it was and I would even go to the doctor thinking it was like COVID or something, and get tested and everything would come out negative. But once I do this cleanse on myself, that's where I feel that relief instantly.

Dora:

I always say the goal is emotionally to be at neutral. So ni muy tan tan, like positive, right or muy negative. We want to make sure that we are conscious and intentional and aware of our emotions so we can help process them as we go through the day. Give yourself permission for five minutes, like sit on the potty, go through the motions of breathing, like the breaths in, hold it for four, and then four breaths out, and then hold it out for four, and then do that three times and it should be super relieving. Um, just to again back to tapping into the body that or I always say run your hands to cold water if you need to kind of regulate yourself because your nervous system or your stress, or especially when I'm working, there are times where I get like super passionate, let's just say, about my work and I need to kind of chill. Right, so I either go for a walk if the weather is nice or time permitting, or washing the hands really works it helps regulate your nervous system. Or washing the hands really works it helps regulate your nervous system. I hope that these tools help you out and that way you have something in the back pocket in case you need it.

Dora:

So, in part, healing is not just about feeling better. It's about returning home to your truth. So I want you to reclaim your power, and these are ancestral tools that helped me out for so many years that I wanted to share them with you. You are not a loco or a loca for being sensitive to energy. That's a gift to have that awareness in your body and be able to identify it when you get to that point. That is such a gift to yourself. Honor yourself for how far you've come where you are in this given moment. It's not easy living your life. You have so much going on, so many different things responsibilities, family, friends, work and I don't mean only paid work, I mean if you work at home, like you are a caregiver. That in and of itself is a lot of time and I commend you for that, because that is a 24-7 job. Make sure you celebrate yourself in whatever form that fits you and give yourself that space and pat yourself on the back because you should be proud of where you're at right now. Reclaim that power, have that power, feel that power because you are a chingona chingon.

Dora:

Using limpias is not just spiritual, it's revolutionary. It says I trust my body, I trust my roots and I honor my ancestors by doing things differently. Embody that you are the person you need to be, that things are working for you, not against you, that God, divine universe is conspiring to give you all that you need, all that you want, one step at a time. You just have to learn to be patient and do what you're feeling called to do deep down in your gut. And if nobody else says it, I'm proud of you. I'm proud of you for being here. I'm proud of you for showing up every day as the best version of yourself, and someone needs to hear this.

Dora:

You are capable of doing so much greater things than you think you are, and trusting yourself is the first step. I know often I got said just do it scared right. Take that first step, but once you cross that threshold, you initiate. That's your birthright is to have everything that you can possibly imagine and it's already out there for you. It's just waiting for you to call it into your reality. And I'm not just referring to the material things. I also am referring to that peace, that joy. For me it's sitting out in my porch and when the sun is out, and feeling that light, that sunlight beam on my face that, for me, brings me so much joy. Incorporate that gratitude practice, because gratitude is definitely one of the powerful tools for you to have on a daily, and be grateful for the things we do have and not necessarily focus on the things we don't have, because we don't have them yet. But they are coming and they are on their way. And I'm a fair believer that God, divine universe, will give you what you need and knows what you need and when you need it. Ask for what is more convenient for you, because we don't even know what's more convenient for us. There might be something around the corner that we don't see yet.

Dora:

The oracle card reading for today is from the Mystical Shaman Pocket Oracle by Alberto Villoldo, colette Barron-Reed and Marcela Lobos. This card is number 47, the Smoky Mirror, the essence. The Smoky Mirror represents the aspects of what is implied yet cannot be immediately known in the world the mystery of how things come together and how they fall apart without obvious causality. This symbol also represents the shadow of the human psyche, the parts of the self that one disowns. The smoky mirror can also represent a state of denial, or the inability or refusal to see the truth.

Dora:

The Invitation when the symbol of the smoky mirror appears, you're invited to see beyond your own self. Acknowledge that, past the limits of your current ability to perceive, there is a vast, interconnected world where events are orchestrated in divine order by challenging to fully grasp. Now is the time to trust that, no matter what the current conditions of your world reflect, in the hidden realms all aspects of the human journey are celebrated the beauty, the darkness, the misery and the courage. No matter where you are on your journey. Know that some things are meant to be a mystery, which you are meant to understand only through experience. Take heart, for the smoky mirror will ultimately show you beauty and wonder, once the fog lifts the distortion. You see now the medicine Understanding the shadow of the human journey requires that you go deep into your story to discover the wound that prevents you from seeing the truth of your current situation, your fears and expectations of disappointment and unworthiness may be clouding your capacity to see the potential in yourself and others.

Dora:

The smoky mirror may be showing you things you don't want. As a result of your conditioning, these can become even more real, but only because you are making it so. The choice is yours. The world will hold you accountable for what you see and create. Can you see through the eyes of truth and faith instead? Sometimes you go through life seeing that fog right in front of us and we can only see. Sometimes we can't even see that white line when we're driving.

Dora:

If you've driven before and it is super scary Kind of reminds me of the time that we went to Colorado and we were on our way to Aspen and Siri sent us on a scenic route versus the highway, which I didn't know was the other route. It was absolutely stunning but very scary that I thought we were almost going to die and I love to drive, so that was definitely an experience for me, but it was a gut-wrenching drive all the way until we got to our final destination, and so going through those feelings and emotions, it is terrifying. But once you get to the other side, that's when you know it was worth it because you gained experience, knowledge that no one else in this world can give you. Don't be blinded by the right now, right here. Have that big picture perspective. Take a step back and enjoy the artwork that you've constructed Brick by brick. You're building your path, you're on this journey and I'm here on this journey with you as well.

Until then, protect your peace, honor your energy and, as always, embrace your raices, reclaim your esencia. Nos vemos pronto. Embrace your raices, reclaim your esencia. Nos vemos pronto. Gracias por acompañarme, cariño.
